I want to make sure we&#8217;re both on the same page before you get tattooed by me. Please read my terms &amp; conditions in full before paying your booking fee. By placing a booking fee, you are agreeing to these terms &amp; conditions so if you have any questions, please ask before making payment. Failure to adhere to the terms may result in loss of booking fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"maxwidthh800\"><strong>General Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list maxwidthh800\">\n<li>Appointments are one-to-one. Guests aren\u2019t permitted unless needed for accessibility. Anyone accompanying you will be asked to leave for the duration of your session.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant. If you are breastfeeding, please let me know so I can I can inform you of how it can impact you and your baby.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll need to complete a consent form before your appointment. Certain medical conditions or medications may prevent me from tattooing you, including heart or blood pressure issues, blood-borne viruses, diabetes, epilepsy, skin conditions, or allergies. If unsure, please ask before booking.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I can\u2019t tattoo skin that\u2019s damaged, inflamed, or infected on the day of your appointment. This includes sunburn, eczema, psoriasis, acne, cuts, blisters, peeling skin, skin treatments, or unapproved existing tattoos. If an undisclosed skin condition prevents us from proceeding, your booking fee will be lost.<br>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may use numbing cream prior to your procedure, but you must inform me you will be using numbing cream so we can go over the application and suitability. You must purchase your numbing cream from a pharmacy and do a patch test 48 hours before your appointment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"maxwidthh800\"><strong>Booking Your Appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list maxwidthh800\">\n<li>A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.<br>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need to reschedule, I kindly request a minimum of 14 days\u2019 notice. Booking fees are non-refundable, but I can reschedule up to twice within a six-month period. Requesting to reschedule within 7 days of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are charged at 50% of the total cost of your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are charged at 100% of the cost of your session.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to high numbers of cancellations, bookings made for the month of December require a 50% non-refundable booking fee, and cannot be rescheduled. If you&#8217;re unsure about your December schedule, I advise booking for November or January.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When booking your appointment, please choose a date that allows you to rest well the night before, eat a full meal beforehand, and have time to relax afterwards. On the day, please shower but avoid applying lotions or oils to your skin. Arriving well-rested, nourished, and hydrated helps ensure the best possible results.<br>\u00a0<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If I need to reschedule for any reason, you\u2019ll be given priority when rebooking. Tattooing is physically demanding and involves close contact, so if I\u2019m unwell, I\u2019ll reschedule to prevent spreading illness.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"maxwidthh800\"><strong>Your Appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list maxwidthh800\">\n<li>Please bring valid photo ID to your appointment for insurance and age verification. You must be 18 or older to be tattooed. If you\u2019re unable to provide valid ID on the day, I won\u2019t be able to tattoo you, and the full cost of the appointment will still apply.<br>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please arrive on time for your appointment and take a seat in the waiting area until you\u2019re called over. If you arrive more than ten minutes early, please come back closer to your appointment time; the studio is small and space is limited. There are plenty of nearby spots where you can grab a drink or snack before your session.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you\u2019re more than 20 minutes late, you\u2019ll be charged at my standard rate for the lost time, in addition to the cost of your treatment if I am able to accommodate the delay. If there isn\u2019t enough time to complete your treatment, you will still be required to pay for the full cost of your treatment.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I always aim to run on schedule and respect your time, but appointments can occasionally run over. This is rare, yet sometimes unavoidable due to the unpredictability of working with skin and people. I use discretion when issues arise \u2014 such as clients needing breaks or struggling to sit still \u2014 which can sometimes affect the next session\u2019s timing. I build gaps between appointments and limit my bookings to two or three clients per day to minimise delays, but timing may still shift occasionally. If you\u2019re concerned about potential overruns, I recommend booking a morning session.<br>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid consuming alcohol, cigarettes, or energy drinks for 24 hours before your appointment and in the weeks following it. Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during your appointment. If you arrive intoxicated or under the influence, your booking fee will be forfeited and you\u2019ll be asked to leave.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please eat before your appointment and bring some sugary snacks and drinks with you.<br>\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I work in a small, open-plan studio with other artists. Privacy screens can be provided during your appointment if you\u2019d prefer.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I often take photos and videos during the tattoo process to share on my website and social media. If you\u2019d prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let me know before booking. I love tagging clients in posts if this is something you&#8217;d like, so please let me know if you\u2019d like to be tagged.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment. It\u2019s essential that you follow them carefully, as neglecting aftercare can lead to poor healing or infection.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your treatment must be paid for in full before you leave the studio. Payment is accepted via bank transfer. If you\u2019d like to discuss alternative payment arrangements, please enquire before booking.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, thank you so much for your support.
